Biographical Info I have been practicing as a counselling psychologist for more than 3 years now both in offline & online mode and hold a lifetime membership from Counselling Council of India. My expertise include knowledge of psychological theories, individual & group therapy, psychological client assessments, monitoring client progress, research and alaytics. I have done various field projects on social evils affecting mental health. I have gained expertise in cases with PTSD Depression Sexual Abuse, Crime victims, Trauma, Anxiety, Phobia, Meaning Making. I have got the opportunity to practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Psychoanalysis with my clients, resulting in better results. I ensure to have an eclectic approach in therapy because it helps me to have better therapeutic relationship with my client which in turn results in catharsis. I hold expertise in the field of psychology as well as media. This makes me good at dealing with people whether on an individual basis or group basis. Apart from my expertise in the field of psychology, I am a very dedicated and hard-working woman. I believe doing your best is the actual achievement rather than focusing on the reward. I am used to working in high-pressure environments too. Analysing problems and developing creative solutions is one of my greatest strengths because I don’t like giving up. I’m a multi-tasker and I am multi-lingual. In this case, I always ensure top-level professionalism and dedication to improve my working ways.
