TRAINING, RESEARCH and WORK EXPERIENCE Currently working remotely as a clinical psychologist with Mannki Services Pvt Ltd. (Rajasthan) The organization works on designing mental health app for the Indian population. Currently, I am a co-investigator in a multi-centric study for identifying behavioral markers for mental well-being using digital phenotyping (initiative by Mannki). Work involves designing modules related to mental well-being for the patients, making podcasts on mental well-being, taking individual therapy sessions, and organizing webinars. Doing private practice where I provide tele-psychotherapy to my clients. Worked in Project ECHO as Senior Research Officer: Virtual Knowledge Network from Department of Psychiatry, NIMHANS funded by the Government of Chhattisgarh. Work involved training of medical officers and counsellors in the area of Addiction and Mental Health under the guidance of Dr. Prabhat Kumar Chand, Professor, Department of Psychiatry, NIMHANS. Started four months accredited course on ‘Motivational Interviewing’ for accredited counselors (all India) as a part of an advanced training module. Attended and organized various workshops pertaining to the field. Conducted onsite training program for medical officers and counselors in Bihar and Chhattisgarh (2017, 2018, 2019).
