Job Role: Research Psychologist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Research Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s level education in Psychology, be registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), and demonstrate expertise in research and as well as clinical practice.

Experience – 5 Years or more

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement effective therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychological research and apply evidence-based practices in clinical interventions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
  • Provide counseling and psycho education to clients on mental health issues and coping strategies.
  • Contribute actively to ongoing research projects within the organization, focusing on the advancement of psychological knowledge and treatment modalities.
  • Keep abreast of changes in psychology, attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and trainees.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • Proven experience in conducting and publishing research in psychology.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in providing evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
