Stress Management at Workplace

On 27th March 2024, a workshop on Stress Management at the Workplace, hosted by WMHA in partnership with Brainware University, marked a significant achievement in fostering mental health awareness among hospital management students.

 

 

The event, led by esteemed WMHA professionals Associate Consultant Rajneeta Saha Mukhopadhyay and Chief L&D Consultant and Instruction Design Specialist Mr. Sukreet Shome, successfully attracted a diverse group of 132 participants, including students and faculty members.

This interactive session, lasting 1.5 hours, was dedicated to exploring the multifaceted nature of stress within the healthcare industry, highlighting various stress indicators and underlying causes. Participants were engaged in a comprehensive dialogue on effective coping mechanisms, a discussion that is crucial for those on the cusp of entering a field known for its high-stress environments.


The overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees underscores the session’s impact and relevance, demonstrating a collective appreciation for the practical insights and strategies shared. Such initiatives by WMHA and Brainware University are pivotal in equipping future healthcare managers with the resilience and psychological tools necessary for navigating workplace challenges, emphasizing the broader commitment to enhancing mental well-being in professional settings.
