InnovateU – Design Thinking For Tomorrow’s Leaders

🎉 Thrilled to share that we successfully conducted a workshop titled “InnovateU – Design Thinking For Tomorrow’s Leaders” at Sister Nivedita University Kolkata, organized for the Psychology Department.

The one-on-one interactive session were a hit, thanks to the exceptional workshop conducted by Mr. Sukreet Shome , KPMG certified Instructional design Practitioner and L&D consultant, IBM Certified Enterprise Design Thinking practitioner expertise greatly enhanced the workshop’s value.

We also had insightful contributions from Prof. Prof. Dr. Raj Sekhar Aich, Mentor – Industrial Psychology, Sister Nivedita University, further enriched the experience. The participants were fantastic, engaging with enthusiasm and creativity. 🙌

Design Thinking, a forward-looking approach to innovation, was the focus of our workshop. This methodology empowers future leaders to think creatively, solve problems collaboratively, and design user-centered solutions, preparing them for the challenges of tomorrow.
